BRUNSWICK, N.Y. – A quick storm passed through Rensselaer County Wednesday afternoon bringing lots of lightning and rain.
The on-and-off rain caused some flash flooding and decreased visibility, particularly along Route 7.
Pittstown also experienced flash flooding, and a tree was knocked down on Croll Road leaving many without power.
But the water receded just as quickly as it rose. Residents were left to dry off any property that may have been damaged.
