GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y.—A Gloversville man was arrested Thursday morning after being stopped for a traffic infraction.
Joshua Malatino, 35, was pulled over for a traffic violation when the officer detected an alcohol odor.
The officer conducted field sobriety tests, which Malatino failed, which led to him being taken into custody.
After being transported back to the station, Malatino took a breath test which resulted in a BAC of .12 percent.
Malatino was charged with Driving while Intoxicated, Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content over .08, and passing a flashing red light.
He is scheduled to appear in court on July 21.
