ALBANY, N.Y. – Heavy rain has led to flood warnings for a few Capital Region counties.
Most of Friday’s heavy rain hung over Montgomery and Herkimer Counties. People along the Mohawk River west of Albany saw two to three inches of rain fall.
The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for Herkimer, Montgomery and Oneida counties until early Saturday afternoon.
Minor flooding is expected but drivers are advised to use caution on the road.
