ALBANY, N.Y.—An Albany teen convicted in a fatal stabbing lost his appeal on Thursday.
The killing was all caught on a cell phone camera.
A state appellate court is upholding the manslaughter conviction of Jahlah Vanderhorst for his role in the death of Tyler Rhodes on Thursday.
Vanderhorst, 17 at the time, stabbed 17 year old Rhodes during a fight inside Albany’s Hoffman park in April of 2011.
Vanderhorst is serving 25 years in prison.
