ALBANY, N.Y.—An Albany man faces three years in State Prison after posting a wanted poster on Facebook.

Rahkiem Johnson, 19, pleaded guilty to one count of Intimidating a Victim or Witness, and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in court on Thursday.

Johnson posted a “wanted poster” on Facebook on April 12, 2013, in regards to a witness that was scheduled to testify in a separate criminal court case. Johnson admitted that he created the post to get the attention of the witness.

On March 18, Johnson sold a quantity of crack cocaine in exchange for US currency. His guilty plea resolved other drug sales attributed to him.

Johnson faces three years in State Prison, followed by two years of Post-Release Supervision, for the drug sale conviction, and one to three years for the intimidating a witness conviction.

Johnson will remain in custody until his sentencing on June 19.
