Convicted ax murderer, Chris Porco loses appeal

Chris Porco, the convicted ax murderer from Delmar, lost
another appeal.

Porco was convicted of murdering his father in 2006, and
nearly killing his mother.

Porco initially won a case in the state supreme court to
delay the release of the movie called “Romeo Killer”.

His lawyers argued the use of Porco's name in the
semi-fictional drama violated the civil rights law.

Another judge later lifted the delay, and an appeals court
upheld that judge's decision.

Porco is serving 46 years to life in prison.
