The driver, Andrew Senese, 20, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.

The passenger, Jacob Reinhart, 21, was arrested for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and the Public Health Law charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Outside the Original Container.
