ALBANY, N.Y. – Albany County held a crime victims' ceremony
The public honored lives taken too soon and presented awards
in victim advocacy reminding people there are programs in the area that support
victims of violence.
Families still grieving from a lost loved one took to the
podium to recall a day they'll never forget – the night a family member was
shot and killed.
Albany County Sheriff's also noted DWI crashes in the area
dropped 47 percent over the last year, but they said they won't stop until that
number is zero.
