Two arrested for criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument

SCHOHARIE, N.Y.—Two Schoharie residents were arrested on
March 12 by the Schoharie County Sheriff's Office.

Ashley Oliver, 29, and Frank Taylor, 22, were both arrested
for Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument, and Endangering the Welfare
of a Child.

After executing a search warrant of a residence, Police
found several used syringes throughout the residence, almost all within reach
of a 5 year old child.

Ashley Oliver was sent to the Schoharie county Correctional
Facility on $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond.

Frank Taylor was also sent to the Schoharie County
Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

Both Oliver and Taylor are scheduled to reappear in court on
March 24.
