Troy man facing DWI and other charges

BRUNSWICK, NY – The New York State Police in Brunswick arrested Peter Enzien, 52, of Troy, today for Driving While Intoxicated, Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd, and Reckless Endangerment of Property. 

Enzien was operating his 2012 Audi on Spring Avenue at 3:39 a.m. in the Town of Brunswick when he drove across the hazard markings. Enzien then failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for DWI. 

Once at the Brunswick barracks, Enzien refused to take a breath test. He then shoved the trooper who was doing the arrest processing and kicked over a camera stand. 

Enzien was charged with the misdemeanors of Driving While Intoxicated, Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd, and Reckless Endangerment of Property. 

He was arraigned before the Brunswick town justice, then released to re-appear before the court at a later date.
