ALBANY, N.Y. — On Thursday, a Schenectady man pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.

Roberto Livingston, 40, pleaded guilty to drunk driving on I-90 in the town of Guilderland.

On April 15, 2013, two New York State Police troopers observed Livingston driving 25 miles over the speed limit. He failed to pull over and continued driving several minutes before pulling over his vehicle.

Livingston failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused to submit to a chemical test while in police custody.

Livingston faces one to three years in state prison, installation of an ignition interlock device for three years following his release, a $1,000 fine and license revocation when sentenced on February 20, 2014.
