Early morning fire displaces multiple families in Mass.

ADAMS, Mass., – There was an early morning fire at 18 Temple Street Saturday.

According to the Adams Fire Chief, they received a call for the fire at 3:17 a.m. 

Crews arrived to the scene of a multiple family apartment. The fire was extinguised by 4:30 a.m.

There are no reported injuries. However, the Fire Chief says multiple families have been displaced.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time but an investigation is underway.

Four Fire Departments were called to the scene including Adams FD, Cheshire FD, Clarksburg
FD, and Lanesborough FD. North Adams FD was on standby

services were offered by Adams Ambulance Services and North Adams Ambulance Services.
