Salvation Army red kettle program kicks off in Albany

ALBANY,
N.Y. — The Salvation Army in Albany is ringing in the holiday season and kicking off it's red kettle program.

That
means you will soon see those red kettles and volunteers around the city.

The
campaign began Friday morning at its headquarters in downtown Albany. The
annual tradition raises tens of thousands of dollars to provide programs and
services for families in need.
