Court of Appeals upholds attempted burglary conviction

ALBANY, N.Y. – The NYS Court of Appeal has unanimously
upheld the 2005 conviction of an Albany man.

In 2008, Daniel Boyer pleaded guilty to one count of
Attempted Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Felony. 

Boyer was sentenced to an indeterminate term of 13 ½ years
to Life in State Prison and is classified as a Persistent Violent Felony
Offender following a 2002 conviction of the same charge.
