Police: Two men arrested, accused of stealing from more than a dozen vehicles

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Two men have been arrested on
numerous charges related to stealing from vehicles.

Police say they responded to the area of Michael, Lee and
Callagan Drive around 3 a.m. on Saturday for a report of suspicious
individuals.

After officers arrived they located Kevin Leno, 29, and
Kevin Loubier, 23, on bicycles.  Shortly
after an investigation, police determined Leno and Loubier had stolen property from
vehicles in their possession.

Both men were taken to the police department where they
remain pending a City Court arraignment.

Saratoga Springs Police say an investigation shows Leno and
Loubier entered more than a dozen vehicles. 

Leno has been charged with Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance, four counts Petit Larceny, and four counts Criminal
Possession of Stolen Property, all misdemeanors.

Loubier has been charged with two counts Petit Larceny and
two counts Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, also misdemeanors.

Anyone with information or anyone who believed they are a
victim of these crimes are being after to call 584-1800.
