ALBANY, N.Y. – Governor Cuomo has appointed Michael
Skrebutenas to the Board of the Albany Convention Center Authority (ACCA).

This appointment to the ACCA Board is a strong signal about
Cuomo's plans for a convention center in Albany.

Skrebutenas has about 20 years of experience in housing and
public service both nationally and in New York State.  He held the positions of president of housing
preservation and executive deputy commissioner for New York Homes and Community
Renewal.  Skrebutenas also served for the
Clinton Administration.
