Albany police investigating armed residential robbery

ALBANY, N.Y. — Albany police are investigating a
residential robbery that occurred on Myrtle Avenue on Wednesday.

Three male victims, ages 22, 23, and 32, notified police
that on Wednesday at about 9:00 p.m., that three male suspects entered
the first floor apartment of a home on 600 block of Myrtle Avenue with what
appeared to be a long arm rifle and ordered them to the ground. During the
course of the incident, the suspects tied the victims with duct tape and
forcibly stole their property. The suspects then fled the scene.

No injuries were reported during the incident, and the suspects
are described as two black males and one Hispanic male.

The crime does not appear to be a random act and the
investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the
