TROY, N.Y. – The Pre(R)amble tour of the Collar City was held Saturday from noon to 5pm.

The public is invited to attend the event by walking,
biking, or skating.  At the start of the
tour, everyone is invited to gather at the Monument Square end of the Farmer's
Market in downtown Troy before heading to the Burden Iron Works Museum in South
Troy.

Those who participate will be served refreshments and the
museum will be open for tours.

Following the stop at the Museum, the tour will go to
Freedom Square to join StoryHarvest which features the musical group
Nawal.

Transport Troy, which is in charge of the event hope this
will bring attention to the Collar City Ramble, a pedestrian-bicycle-disabled
path through and around Troy which is under construction.

Those who dress in the best costumes, who have great bike
flags and decorated helmets, will be awarded prices.
