2 women, 2 men arrested for gang assault in Waterford

WATERFORD, N.Y. – The Waterford Police Department has arrested two women and two men in connection to an alleged gang assault they say occurred last Friday morning.

Police say the fight occurred around 3:34 a.m. Friday on 4th Street in the village of Waterford. Police responded at that time and found an individual on the ground injured and others
in the area armed with a baseball bat.

The victim was transported to Albany Medical Center to be treated for pulmonary contusion and a concussion.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested 32-year-old Jessica Kefel-Lochenwitz and 33-year-old Frank Lockenwitz, both of Cohoes, on Wednesday. Then on Thursday morning, police also arrested 30-year-old Kristen Purrott of Green Island and 29-year-old Robert Harrington of Waterford. Each has been charged with first-degree Gang Assault.

Additionally, Frank Lockenwitz and Robert Harrington has additionally been charged with Criminal Mischief.

They have all been remanded to the Saratoga County Jail.
