KINGSTON, N.Y. — Deputies
in Ulster County say a 5-year old Kingston girl had to be airlifted to Albany
Medical Center Wednesday after she was bit by the family dog.
Authorities say the
incident happened just before 7:30 a.m. at a home on Jockey Hill Road.
The girl's face was severely
lacerated, but deputies say the injury is not life threatening.
The dog, a German Shepard with
all its shots, has been placed under quarantine.
