SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. –
The man accused of threatening to kill a Skidmore student and then take his own
life has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.

Police say Lance Leonard threatened
the student after she tried to break off their relationship.

That put the campus into a
lockdown because of the threat.

He was arrested a short
time later in New Jersey and brought back to the spa city to face charges.

For now, Leonard is being
held without bail.
