BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. – Three suspects have been arrested by
Ballston Spa Police Department following an investigation into a burglary that
occurred on March 21, 2013 at Rickett's Laundry in the Village of Ballston Spa.

According to police, the suspects were able to illegally
gain entry to the office area taking money and other valuables from two safes
located in the business office area of the building. Also taken during the
burglary was a master set of keys to the building and also keys to money boxes
of the washer, dryers, vending machines and change dispensers.

Dylan M. Miller-Wood, 17, was initially arrested on Wednesday
around 1:20 a.m. when officers found him outside of Rickett's laundry acting
suspicious and in possession of the stolen keys. It appears Dylan had returned
to the scene of the burglary nearly a week later in an attempt to use the
stolen keys to steal additional money from the business. Miller-Wood was initially
charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th-Degree.

Further investigation lead officers to arrest Miller-Wood, Andrew
J. Debenedetto, 18, and David Thompson, 22, for Burglary 3rd-Degree
and Conspiracy 5th-Degree.
