Sobriety check in Guilderland results in six arrests

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. – Six individuals were arrested during a State Police sobriety road check in the Town of Guilderland on Friday.

The road check was conducted near Exit 25 of the NYS Thruway.

Three individuals were arrested for driving while intoxicated, and three were arrested on drug charges.

The following individuals were arrested:

-Claude A. Caesar, 41, of Forest Ave., Albany, was charged with driving while intoxicated and found to have a BAC of .24.

- Amanda L. Bisnett, 24, of Ferry Street, Schenectady, was charged with driving while intoxicated and found to have a BAC of .14.

- Donald G Marx, 50, of Cox Ave., Schenectady, was charged with driving while intoxicated and found to have a BAC of .10.

- Ocyris Morgan, 24, McClellan Street, Schenectady, was found to be in possession of more than three grams of crack cocaine and a small quantity of marijuana. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

- Alexander V. Rossi, 25, of Vista Drive, Scotia, was found to be in possession of over 32 grams of marijuana. He was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

- Charles J. Glindmyer, 55, Bradley Street, Schenectady, was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
