CHARLTON, N.Y. – On Friday night, a DWI car accident resulted in serious injuries and the airlifting of one driver to Albany Medical Center.
The accident happened on Route 67 and Jockey Street in the Town of Charlton.
Traci Baskin, 38, failed to stop at a stop-sign and struck a second vehicle, which was being driven by 49-year-old Thomas Baker.
Baker was airlifted to Albany Medical Center, suffering internal injuries.
Baskin was arrested for driving while intoxicated and released to appear in court at a later date.
The accident is currently under investigation by the Saratoga Sheriffs Department.
The condition of Thomas Baker is unknown.
