ALBANY, N.Y. – It just isn't a holiday season without a few horse-drawn carriages, music and lights – at least according to Stuyvesant plaza.

Visitors at the plaza can get a complimentary carriage ride from the White Canadian Cross Percheron duo, Tim and Tyler, during the Stuyvesant Holiday Open House between 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

And after 11 years of consecutive service, many Capital Region shoppers know that Tim likes peppermint candy and Tyler prefers carrots and apples.

In addition to the rides, visitors can immerse themselves in the holiday atmosphere thanks to traditional holiday music and lights.
