QUEENSBURY – A Warren County music festival is now in full swing, but its creator says he's concerned he'll actually lose money this weekend.
Mike Barbone, the owner of West Mountain organized the four day event called People's Fest V.
After last year's especially warm winter, Barbone says he was trying to make some extra money at his Queensbury ski resort, inviting bands and vendors from across the area.
But on Friday, very few people had turned out.
Barbone says it's in part due to the town requiring permits he didn't get till the last minute. He's trying to stay optimistic, hoping more people will turn out Saturday and Sunday.
NEWS10 reached out to the town supervisor for a response but have so far not heard back.
