Beer garden unveiled at Saratoga Race Course

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association has
announced a new craft beer garden will be offered at the track in the Carousel
area at Saratoga Race Course for this year's meet.

The Saratoga Beer Garden will be located under two open-air tents just
outside the Carousel offering a dozen domestic craft beers for $5 each
including: Adirondack Bear Naked Ale; Batch 19; Blue Moon Belgian White; Blue
Moon Summer; Brooklyn Summer; Harpoon IPA; Leinenkugel Summer Shandy; Magic Hat
#9; Olde Saratoga IPA; Sam Adams Lager; Sam Adams Summer Ale; and Saranac
Blueberry Blonde.

In addition to the beer garden, the
area will provide track patrons with a variety of dining options from a number
of local, regional and nationally-recognized restaurants.

The Carousel will also be anchored
by Hattie's Restaurant, featuring its famous fried chicken, will now reside on
the first floor of the Carousel, after relocating from just across Restaurant
Row.

Adjacent to Hattie's will be another
staple of the Saratoga Springs
culinary scene, Shirley's Restaurant, featuring Montreal-style poutine, a
French-Canadian dish of french fries, gravy and cheese curds.

Rounding out the Carousel's
offerings will be the debut of Moe's Southwest Grill food truck, serving tacos
and burritos; plus returning favorites Ben & Jerry's, Carolina Barbecue and
Pies on Wheels.
