ARGYLE, N.Y. – Police tell NEWS10 a dog was found with duct tape holding his feet together on the side of the road in Argyle Friday morning.
The dog, a husky-type breed, was found around 10:45 a.m. by a Department of Transportation worker on Coach Road.
Town employees immediately freed the animal from tape upon finding it. The dog had wounds and sores in and around the neck area, indicating that at one time it wore a collar that was too small.
Police say the dog was taken to the SPCA in Queensbury, and has been transported to a vet for treatment for a neck wound.
