Schenectady County SPCA Chief resigns

SCHENECTADY, NY (NEWS10) – The Schenectady County SPCA Chief Mathew Tully has announced he will resign.

Chief Tully serves as lieutenant colonel in the New York Army National Guard. In July 2012, he will deploy for an overseas tour to Afghanistan for one year.

In an effort to ensure the Schenectady County SPCA continues to flourish, Chief
Tully believes it is in the best interest of the organization to pass the torch
to a new and qualified candidate as he sets off to fulfill his military
obligations.

Chief Tully and the Schenectady County SPCA Board of Directors are looking for a
suitable successor and are currently accepting applications.
